At the start of the Term 2 Room 21 went to the Bromley Waste Management Centre to ignite our thinking about sustainability. Sustainability is a school wide theme this year.

This was a great trip, I enjoyed helping out on the day. Being new to New Zealand I learned so much. It was great to see how much the children in room 21 already know about recycling and waste management. We will definitely be managing our waste a little better in our home from now on.
